What do you do when your doc is a mixture of 2 line and longer paragraphs? On/off justification would detract from readability, even if it's only a 2 line paragraph.

I recommend against full justification, especially if you also list your positions' date ranges or length of service as right justified. They will stand out much better if the rest of the doc has a jagged right edge.
