My sister in law bought a new laptop, and has not been answering my e-mails. When I asked her why she said something was wrong with it....it just didn't work very well,not as good as her old one, she said. I asked her to explain, she did ( to some degree). I finally figured out what she was talking about not the computer but she had went from XP to Windows7, she still didn't understand, well she doesn't like it and is only going to use it once in awhile..........I guess she thinks that will make Microsoft take notice...huh???
