Sorry I don't buy it, not at all. In fact I actually work for a pretty large Cloud provider and I still deal with the daily hands on from thousands of customers / clients, some pretty huge ones at that. Between dealing with their AD, LDAP, Windows / Linux deployments, configuration and code issues, I can say that server administrators will still be needed in fact more than ever.
Moving content to the cloud doesn't mean that server admins are going away, you're just eliminating your physical foot print, that doesn't mean that the datacenter that's hosting your cloud isn't using physical hardware to get your cloud up and running.
