Yes Albert, there will be plenty of jobs for system administrators but you will have to immigrate to China, India if they let you work over there.
As business are looking to cut costs, I doubt there will be any datacenters in the U.S. even when the outsourcer is an American company, nothing is or will prevent them to have their servers seating phyiscally in the other part of the world.
I believe the CIO role will be eliminated as well. CFO and COO(s) will take over.
