Providers won't provide guarantees unless there's fine print allowing them to wiggle their way out of it.
For, if one company wants to "delegate responsibility" to save money or other means of profit generation, who takes the ultimate risk? And should they be the ones doing so?

It's very hard to comment on it but I still believe that people with Vested Interests have a definite Conflict of Interest writing articles about the companies that they run and what they do.
So as I have a Captive Audience here I just have to ask
In the event of your company being brought out by another who owns the Data on the Servers?
If your company was to experience Cash Flow Difictulities and had a Reciever Appointed what steps have been put in place to allow your current customers to retain their Data and move it somewhere else?
When your servers get hacked who is responsible your company or the clients who use your company?
Little things like that are important to your customers and I'm betting not one has been addressed.
