Windows apps? as if anyone has, uses or would want to admit to using a Win OS on a phone? Why not post info on apps for the phones that run the OSes that are used by 99% of the world?
I have, use, and freely admit to using WP 7.5 on my phone. What's more, I am happy with it, and a few of my friends around the office will be switching to WP when their contracts run out, or when they are allowed to take new phones under old contracts.
Like it or not (in your case, that would be an emphatic NOT), WP is one of mobile market's ecosystems. Not a major one, granted, but even Andro and iOS had to start small. Plus, it may make a huge grab when both WP8 and desktop 8 come out - integration, unification, and all that.

The skycscanner app that you mention in this article.. does it apply only to flights within the United States or can it be used anywhere in the world? for domestic flights in any country?
