Well here, on Europe the main phone company of my country ... always offered plans for purchased of new terminals...(yes, not the same but is similar) ... moths ago these plans are cut off and customer must pay 100% price of terminal with same condition on contracts ... since this action have been take place they have losing a good part of clients...
