As I read these comments I wonder how many have actually installed the preview on a dedicated machine and installed classic Windows apps (Office, etc) and used them as they would on a Win7 machine? I have, other than the Start Menu it has more in common with Win7 than not. Most of the features I use daily are in there they're just somewhere else. My learning curve on it was about 3-4 hours.

Morph that into a formal company training session and you have a two day class. The greater question is will business find enough value in the additional security features Win8 offers to go to this expense for all users.
