Regular Desktop
I find it interesting that if you work with any of the system settings in Win 8 the screen immediately goes to the old desktop type. I really believe they should offer both screens and give the user the right to pick which desktop they desire the old Win 7 or Metro. While I can see the advantages of Metro on a tablet or phone I can't see any advantage to using it on a desktop. Most of the people who upgrade to Win 8 won't have touchscreen. I have installed quite a few All in one touchscreen and have yet to find a user who actually uses this feature. I really think Win 8 will end up being a remake of Vista if this feature is not enabled. I realize someone will come up with a way around this, but that should not be necessary, MS should give the option.
