Who needs it?
The NHS still uses XP. Not only is it familiar, it also has the look and feel of a formal system. Win 8 would, for any medium to large business, require a unique selling point to encourage customers to make the leap. If an IT procurement manager asked me "why use Win 8 ?" I could not come up with a single reason for using it in an enterprise environment.
