Good or Bad?
I've downloaded and tried out Windows 8 twice and after a very short time, forcing myself to try and use it, in an attempt to see what Microsoft sees in this operating system, I was practically pulling out my hair over it. Maybe Win8 is good to compete with Apple OS and Android Tablets, even touch screen desktops, but for everyday computer users like me, that like to get into everything, this operating system really sucks. Sorry, if I may offend anyone else that may swear by this OS, but it's defintely not now, or not ever going to be a system that I use unless it has the Classic UI. Matter of fact, I will refuse to buy a new system if this Operating System is installed on it.
