My immediate thought is.....
.....to say, "come on, how about we grow up a little, here?"

My more constructive thought is to say that Metro seems to present the same issue that the 'ribbon' did. Your criticism is valid and your wish to have your start button and a more W7 style interface is perfectly reasonable.

How about we phrase that apparent need in this way:
1) Will MS be supporting or releasing a w7 style interface for business users?
2) is there any way to get the start menu 9or something similar) enabled in W8's Metro interface?

Incidentally, W8's Metro interface seems to be usable for business. While I agree it does add a few more 'clicks' to finding your program with a little patience and an adjustment in thinking it is functional enough.

I think it may be growing on me, which is strange because I hated the new Xbox dashboard and all it's Kinect friendly tiles....
