Not very useful without an Win7 operating mode
Sure, you can do many of the same things within the Win8 operating system; however, the learning curve is high and the productivity 'hit' precludes it from even remotely considering it as an upgrade option. Even a moderately sized business would require a substantial increase in support staff to carry the business through the bell curve of productivity. This is the wrong economic environment to burden a business with such a unfamiliar operating environment and the associated costs. Bad timing all around for MS.
