Okay, this is a hot topic for me as I have found myself needing to replace a Zenith Vault and this article nails the requirements dead on. So what appliances are out there that fill these shoes aside from the Zenith and does anyone have anything bad to say about Zenith? I've only heard good, but I have not gotten down to the cost yet and that part has me concerned.

This is and advert with the product name removed to make it sound more like general advice. This is not a case for better disaster recovery, but a marketing pitch for the product from the company that the author works for. It doesn't really look at the wide reasons why DR is important it just tells us how a de-dupe appliance is so great. DR and a DR plan is much more than just de-duping and reducing your backup window.

Disaster Restoration needs to hgave a good services and has warranty on all work. All the equipment must be certified and utilized and has 24 Hour Emergency Service.
