G'day vucliriel, I'm sure that's what Microsoft want and are aimed at
but the thing is they keep telling us how much better the performance and security is in each new OS but NEVER deliver anything significant while they still end up patching over the securities holes they've had in each OS since they launched Win 95. Each version of Windows is bigger in resource needs and always needs a lot more to reach the same level of usage as the previous ones.
What's funny, in a way, is the Microsoft marketing people will tout new innovative things in their latest version of Windows and each time it's something that either Mac or Linux / Unix have been doing for four years or more.
