Problem with Cisco ASA

I am facing some problem to allow the NetScreen remote vpn traffic through our cisco ASA, actually when i connect it through the Data card its working fine and i can able to ssh the remote server, but when i try to connect it through our LAN, remote vpn is able to connect but not able to reach the remote server, I have allowed every thing for outgoing traffice for that perticular ip,
rule which i have created on asa-

Access list 100 permit ip 192.168.1.10 any.
