I have used Windows for decades and I have never gotten a virus on it. I have used Linux a few times, applied updates, and Linux trashes itself through continuous kernel panics (kernel panic, reboot, kernel panic), and forgetting how to boot. So with my experience, Windows is secure and Linux does not work.
