Other Rules when creating an AutoCorrect Entry
This is a great tool and underutilized. When creating the "shortcut" or abbreviation under WITH, make sure it is in all lower case letters and a non-dictionary word. If the letters are uppercase, Word will only look for uppercase letters to change. if the letters are all lowercaser, Word will find upper and lower case examples of the shortcut.

The shortcut should be a non-dictionary word. If you type your name, instead of your initials, as the shortcut, everytime you type your name, it will be replaced by the AutoCorrect entry. The recommendation to add a slash (/) in front of the real word is brilliant.
