There is also an app from Harmon.ie that I was made aware of last week at TechEd. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but it might be worth checking out - http://harmon.ie/Products/Mobile
ionGrid's Nexus product is another great option to access SharePoint, but as a solution expands far beyond simple SharePoint access. With Nexus you keep data on premises and allow secure access to Active Directory, SharePoint, and other content servers. You can also annotate documents, work offline, browse your company's intranet, and access custom web applications.
Try the product for yourself or learn more about us at www.ionGrid.com

I downloaded the Colligo Briefcase App and it was actually only $2.99 - they have a promo until the end of the month. You can download it from here http://www.colligo.com/products/sharepoint/colligo-briefcase/
I use Shareplus, although I find editing docs somewhat cumbersome. Another thing I don't like is the way it sorts address lists. It mingles last name with full name entries. As a back-up I have ShareOffice (from Japan). Just tried out Filamente, but I get a lot of can not log in messages and SSL warnings
You will use the shareplus application to send and receive document, search documents through synced content, setup favorites for searches and access view files on the your iPad including PDF and images share point application.
Thanks Mr. Will for stating iPad apps for sharepoint. SharePlus is great one of them. I would like to check others also.
