Well, the Graph Title, the Takeaway and the first sentence of the text CLEARLY says its Q1 Sales so it is not a case of bad writing, but bad reading.
Market wise, once again the Text Title is perfect, showing who is Ruling the market in sales and not measuring historical sales. If you ask any major brand sales director (except Apple's) how enjoyable their first quarter was, they will surelly say they are unpleased. Obviously because someone else is Rulling the market!
