However I have no idea why this is happening was there any Disc Management Software supplied with the Intel SSD? If there was I would assume that has to be included in the Slipstreamed Image or maybe just that you messed up the Slipstream.
Personally I've never used ISO Builder but I do know that nLite works a treat you might like to use that and see if there is any difference.
