Does he mean a laptop or a tablet or a laptop and a tablet? If it's the latter, how short-sighted. A laptop and a tablet combined cost more than the average ultrabook.

If it's the formet than he, well that's poor customer service. He should at least give people the choice and ask them to put their money where their mouth is.
