Do you dual boot OS X and Windows on a Mac? Does it work well for you? What are the drawbacks?

I forgot to mention that, since OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, Boot Camp drivers do include a read-only HFS+ file system driver for Windows. Obviously though, you are unable to write to the partition while booted into Windows, making a 3rd-party filesystem driver like MacDrive a necessity for some.
