There might be pirates within 12 miles of our west coast but if you really think they will be a problem, I expect after you hang a few from the rails you won't have much of a problem. Freedom isn't free. If you don't have the guts to take responsibility for your own safety, I'd recommend hiring body guards. All things considered, I expect you'd be a lot safer fending off pirates on Blueseed than fending off drug thugs in South Chicago.
