If "American" companies choose to base their operations on BlueSeed, they will pay taxes the same way any other company does. The country's politicians are actually throwing away tax revenue by refusing to allow hard-working skilled immigrants to work legally in the U.S. If immigration policies were logical and fair, there would be no need for BlueSeed to exist (nor any need for the Supreme Court to rule on state immigration laws, e.g., Arizona, Alabama, etc.).
