Just a couple years ago we standardized the company's equipment, specifically because of having to deal with so many different brands/models of PCs and routers that it was a nightmare to support. I can't see wanting to go back to that. We do have some special situations with BYOD, but it is made clear that the company is helping only financially (for comm services), and that the user is responsible for their own device support. Other than that, anything remotely similar to BYOD is basically treated as guest web access (even though as an employee.)
