As a general rule ,hardware companies make hardware to sell to you.
If that piece of kit lasted forever they would go broke and the incentive to make new kit would disappear. They are not in the business of providing software updates as a means of survival. You were put on earth to consume goods not wail and bitch ever time hardware is improved so that the new software will work on your old machine. You must leave this forum and go forth into the world and find more work to enable you to fulfill your destiny as a CONSUMER !
