SQL is a widely-available skill. It's easy to develop, and easy to adapt to the many variants.

As tom.marsh points out, you should not be seeking one person with such a wide variety of skills. I have such skills, and many others do, too. None of them take all that long to develop. But a team with overlapping skills is often better than trying to hire one jack of all trades.
