Even when I realized the article was about the technology, not The Technician, I was still underwhelmed by the dozen sentences in the article itself. The article makes Cliff Notes look long winded.

Who was this article written for? Anyone familiar with the LHC already knew all this, and anyone not familiar with it would probably not have their interest piqued by it.
