Standard business practice
Every dollar spent on staff, training and equipment, is a dollar less for the BoD "performance" bonuses.
The BoD also give the middle finger to the shareholders.
This is just standard business practice.
- Refuse to train employees.
- Demand unrealistic experience/qualifications.
- Complain to the Government that there is a skill shortage.
- Demand compensation (paid for by the tax payer).
- Import workers and underpay them (or offshore the business).
- Award the BoD huge "performance" bonuses.
- Repeat ad nauseam.

If you think welfare payments are excessive, quit your job.
