Apple wages
Apple probably thinks that they are paying them a lot of money, considering that in China, where they make their iPhone and other equipment, they pay the employee peanuts! It is so bad there that a lot of employees have committed suicide. Considering the price that they pay for their goods, is it any wonder that Apple has more money then even the U.S. Government does in reserves! Somewhere around $400 billion. This is because they are paying a wage in China that is a pittance and from another economy than ours, so they are not really paying fairly, but then they charge us as if the equipment was made in an American factory. When are we going to get wise and stop buying cheap phones for $400 bucks that are only worth about $12 in reality! That is probably the main problem with our economy - companies charging us an American rate for things that are inferior and made overseas. They should price it low so that our workers here do not need to make as much so that our economy could compete with others like China's! Lower the prices!
