Like the shuttle this is a dumb idea. Only NASA would build an interplanetary craft that left from earth's surface and returned. What was the space station supposed to be but a place to assemble and refuel interplanetary vehicles. Now it is nothing but a flagpole to sit on. Scrap manned flight until you can do it better than a tiny tin can and expect humans to stay sane for years trapped in a tiny vehicle like this.

Astronauts should demand better.
