I guess we just have different ideas about what is good and bad, and possibly whether or not it matters. In the same way that television allowed people to be stupid faster, easier and to a wider audience - as did printed material before that - computers and all that communication that goes with them is just an enhanced technology. None of it is bad (in my opinion). It is like saying guns are bad. I know it is part of the human condition for some to be pessimistic and others to be optimistic. I choose to sit on the optimistic side of the fence - the most stressful thing I have to consider is what the weather will be like for golf tomorrow...
