can you actually load them on your device or only see the simulation? from what I know you need to be a registered (paid) iOS developer before you can post them in the app store. wasn't sure if they would also stop you on your own devices too...

You have to have an iPhone Developer Program Membership ($99 per year) to load apps on a device. Using the simulator doesn't require it.

After clicking on New Project, the Choose a template for your new project dialog appears.
Which template should I choose?

This does not seem to follow for 4.4.1. I do not see a "viewController.xib" file
I do not see the autosizing option? I do not get that additional grid that also shows the Example and positioning option? I get a brief flash of the it going to the Attributes frame, but it disappears immediately. going back to the Size Inspector does not show it. Any clues?
