I have the same problem using Google Apps for Business, Office 2011 for Mac and syncing with iphone. Contacts in Outlook address book are tripled. I will try to fix it following vivek@...'s suggestion, but need some more explanation about "I exported my "clean" contacts to all the three file formats found on Google as a backup". I'm not an IT specialist, so what are the three file formats found on Google ?
