Everything comes down to user interface.
I'm not talking about graphic design, I'm talking about knowing how to do stuff out of the box. I've seen people pick up apple products and start doing things without a manual. My boss' secretary returned a Samsung Galaxy II after having it for 7 days for an iPhone 4S because she did more with the demo store model than the Galaxy II. That's the type of UI that needs to be achieved for business acceptance.
