How did you handle things like firewall and other security related stuff, or did those issues not really apply to this scenario since your servers were only doing web searches?
Actually, "spend a little more but bandwidth should come for free" is a bit of a contradiction in terms, because you are always paying more to the provider. In the "pay per consume model", you pay according to consumption and pay for what you really use.http://www.bigrock.in
