As an IT and Tech Resume Writer, I also see a ton of old resumes with bulleted lists that contain some sentences ending in a period, some with a comma or semi-colon, and some with no punctuation at all. Most people don't care whether you're using AMA, APA, Chicago, or some other style manual. Just be consistent throughout your document.
