What tool do you find most helpful in managing Google Apps?

Has to be the General Audit Tool for Google Apps - used by over 3,000 of the largest domains worldwide to audit and analyse their Google Docs environment. I wake up every morning to a PDF summary of every doc shared in or out or changed in our domain in the last 24 hours. I feel I really have my finger on the pulse of the company.
My company develops the General Audit Tool for docs and we distribute it for free in the Admin section of the Google Apps marketplace.

It is an intuitive python wrapper for a number of the GApps management APIs. It makes many batch operations a breeze and things like email delgation a quick "one liner" from a terminal.

It is well supported for free by JLee (the original developer) and is now sponsored/owned by Ditto

Recently, we started using Kissflow tool for automating our departmental workflows. Especially with deeper sync with our (Google Apps) domain users and attaching Google Docs when required within workflows, makes it a seamless experience inside Google Apps.
