When I have a remote connection my Web browsing is routed via the remote gateway so how can I fix this problem because I can't browsing directly and the net it is very slow

In the properties of your VPN connection, go to the Networking tab, select TCP/IPv4 then Properties. On the General tab click the Advanced... button and on the IP Settings tab uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network".

When I use my company's VPN while working from home I can no longer print to my local home office printer or use my home office scanner. I have to disconnect from the VPN to use them. Will any of these fixes work to cure these issues?
Try the change to the rasphone.pbk file. That should tell your home PC not to try using your VPN credentials for accessing local resources (like your printer). It may also depend on how you're accessing the printer / scanner.
