According to the MS Advisory (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/advisory/2661254) the update won't be in MS Update (and presumably WSUS) until October.
Note also that from the end of 2013 all new SSL certificates you buy will have to be 2048 bits - as I recently discovered (http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/smbit/the-pains-and-pitfalls-of-renewing-ssl-certificates-8211part-2/346?tag=content;siu-container).
