Create a scalable video conferencing solution

We are a large scale company looking to develop our own internal video conference. We wish to personalize it with our own logos and Options such record meetings, download minute meetings and share notes on the conference call with other users that participated in the conference call.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this would be possible to setup? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciative.
