Outlooks new Automatic Folders system works by scanning users Email and then based on Keyword it will move emails to related folders.

Even Gmail uses similar technique to scan Emails and know users choice and then displays related text-ads. In both the cases Human interference is not involved.

If you accuse Gmail of breaching privacy then Microsoft should also be accused of the same.
