What does Office 2013 entail for the enterprise cloud?

I like Office 2013 but it is hard to discuss with customers without knowing what the pricing structure will be. I hope Microsoft offers a lower entry point than $12 a user because most businesses with under 50 users look at Office Home and Business for under $200 and opt out of the subscription option. Out of the almost 400 seats we have in that size businesses only 10 seats have chosen the subscription model.
