now that's so much BS it's hard to fathom, mainly because the three
main security needs are never going to be there in any cloud server:
1. Data owner control over physical access to the server;
2. Data owner input and knowledge of the people who have physical access to the server;
3. Surety of electronic access to the server held data from the main HQ 24 / 7 / 365 when needed.
Then we can get into the fact that 90% business can't put ALL their data on a cloud server without being in major violation of various laws with penalties big enough to shut down most businesses.
