Generally it's true that most people are like your wife. However, even people like that can get fed up enough to rebel by asking a computer tech for help (most people seem to know some kind of computer technician). The problem is that those people will ask for a previous version of Windows that they can live with. It used to be Windows XP. Soon (when Windows 8 comes out), it will probably be Windows 7.
