I write as part of my job. My team refers to me as the team writer. I edit everything my team produces because they can't write good. (Yes, I did that on purpose.)

It is common in today's business world, from what I have seen since joining the "white collar" crew in '96, that less than 1/10th of IT professionals CAN write well. Of those, maybe 1/5 (2%) are able to write creatively. So that's your pool. Then you just have to find the ones that are willing to write.
