Google and Tech Support - Mutually Exclusive
Have you ever tried to call Google to get a problem resolved? It's not humanly possible. Sure, they have all sorts of e-mail forms you can fill out, and wait. And wait. And wait... In the meantime your business is losing money. I ran into the Google Support head-on when our Postini reseller vanished off the face of the Earth. It took 2 days to get any sort of response from Google and that was nothing more than "We're looking into it". On Day 4 we had our fill of Google and ordered a Barracuda SPAM filter. Talk about a night & day contrast! Barracuda Networks understand both customer and technical support. Google can go suck eggs.
