"The management of your inventory should be tied directly to the flow of business, from the ground up." - Isn't that the truth?

We see a lot of small businesses come from managing their inventory via pen and paper (or even just excel) before it just gets too far out of hand. It's a shame they don't know about potential inventory solutions before they reach that breaking point.
