I too am looking forward to the Surface. I'm hoping this will allow us to replace user's laptops with this and we can do away with docking stations and the other laptop expenses. This would also hopefully stop user complaints that their 3lb laptop is still too heavy & cumbersome.

Although our users love their personal iPads, they admit they can only use them to consume information. They still need their laptops to work on Word or Excel docs, write long emails, etc.
And finally, a tablet with a USB port that will work/integrate with the Corporate network.

Hopefully they will be priced correctly. Microsoft, are you listening?! Please don't mess this up.
